Shipping

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from Akosha. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We would advise checking your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation within that time frame.

If you don't get it, or would like an additional copy, please contact our customer care team at sales@akoshaswimwear.com.

All stocked orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Akosha is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

Yes! However, Akosha Swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Customer is responsible for paying for international shipping and the cost will be added to your order during checkout.

Shipping times will vary but are approximately 7-14 business days for international orders.

Akosha is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

All international sales are final and are cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns

Restocking Fee: A $12 USD restock fee plus $3 USD per unit will be deducted from the refund amount. All restocking fees are waived for the exchange + store credit option.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Akosha Swimwear within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. We do not accept returns on products that have been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition. All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

International sales are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Akosha is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

* You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges-

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Akosha Swimwear.

Akosha does not accept any returns on sale items.

We take pride in ensuring all of our products are to the highest quality standards. That being said, we understand sometimes we might miss something.

If your items is damaged, please contact our customer care team within 5 days of receiving your order and we will get it corrected as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange an item if the requested product is in stock.

Akosha does not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, style or color, you must first send the returned item back to us and wait for your store credit to be issued. You can then use that credit towards purchasing your new item.
